Engineered Consistency — manufactured for controlled colour, pattern and finish with considerably less natural variation than quarried stone.
Highly Durable Surface — the high quartz content creates a hard-wearing surface suited to frequently used residential interiors.
Low-Porosity Surface — engineered to resist moisture absorption and everyday staining.
Scratch Resistant — highly resistant to normal scratching but not scratch-proof; chopping boards should always be used.
Heat Resistant with Care — avoid placing very hot cookware or heat-producing appliances directly onto the surface; use a trivet or heat pad.
Low Maintenance — polished UniQuartz does not require routine sealing. Clean with warm water, mild detergent and non-abrasive products.
10-Year Residential Warranty — Universal Granite publishes a 10-year warranty for qualifying permanently installed residential UniQuartz surfaces, subject to its warranty conditions.
